![]() Need to grab a lot more images from google earth pro, stitch them, and photoshop it some. I'll post a smaller image of the heightfield map, I'ma leave the texture map out for a while though because it needs some work yet(meaning it looks not quite terrible but almost). However, I kind of dig the way some things changed so I started working with it again. But anyways, changing the res for the texture map is fine, but the heightmap, as I assumed, is distorted when loading it into 元DT. It's alright, I can handle wasting time and disappointments, I've been playing Arma long enough. Maybe I'm crazy for doing this with my practice map, but the thing is turning into something else lol. Sooo, I upscaled my texture image from 1024x1024 to 2048x2048 with a "horizontal scale"(as 元DT calls it) of 1 cell, which is suggested for FPS. Wa-wa-water update? Have BI actually talked about working on this or are these map designers just wishing upon a star? XD They are indeed, I know some map designers are building the dry river beds ready for the water update, so it can be added at a later date. ![]()
